Los MTVS Video Music Awards 2020, el 30 de agosto, con todo y pandemia

NUEVA YORK.- A pesar de la pandemia, el próximo 30 de agosto se llevarán a cabo los MTV Video Music Awards 2020 y ya se revelaron los artistas nominados.

Ariana Grande y Lady Gaga lideran la lista con nueve cada una, seguidas de Billie Eilish y The Weeknd con seis nominaciones, respectivamente, y Taylor Swift con cinco.

Los cuatro artistas fueron nominados para el Video del año, la categoría más importantes de estos premios. Gaga y Grande por su video musical Rain on Me, Eilish por Everything I Wanted y The Weeknd por Blinding Lights.

Lady Gaga y Ariana Grande obtuvieron nueve nominaciones cada una, mientras que Billie Eilish y The Weeknd tuvieron seis.

MTV anunció las nominaciones de este año a través de la nota de voz de Twitter, lo que los convierte en el primer programa de premios en utilizar la función.

La ceremonia se llevará a cabo el próximo 30 de agosto en el Barclays Center, en Nueva York. La gala deberá cumplir con los protocolos sanitarios para evitar posibles nuevos contagios, además se limitará la asistencia al recinto y se tendrá que acatar el distanciamiento social.
